Return, Exchange, + Shipping Info

Orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship, but please keep in mind delays may happen due to demand and inventory issues.

Pre-orders take up to 5 weeks to ship.
If you have regular items & pre-order items under the same purchase, we will follow pre-order times.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, & MISSING ITEMS

We have a 30-day return policy in exchange for STORE CREDIT, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will apply to your account the total value in credit for your next purchase minus shipping costs.

  • All items are non-refundable

    Since each and every single item is made to order, they are not refundable.
    We only work with STORE CREDIT at the moment.

  • We do not offer EXCHANGES.

    Our items are made in small batches to ensure that shipping is faster.
    Due to that, if you need to exchange something, we will only be able to provide STORE CREDITafter receiving the item back to the office.
    That way if the item is still in stock, you can place a new order or use your value for any other items.

 

  • Return labels

    Return labels are only provided to the client if the shop made a mistake.
    In case the client wants to return an item for personal reasons, client has to cover the label costs.
    At the post office, labels cost between $3-$5.
     

  • Customs & fees for international package

    Packages may or may not get stuck in customs.
    Neon Daisy Co. is not responsible for it nor can refund the fee or do anything to change it. We make sure that no packages have any prices exposed on the outside in order to make transition easier.

  • Lost Package

     If in the event of a package being delivered with receipt proof from USPS through a tracking number but somehow is stolen / lost , store is not responsible to offer any refunds or replacement.

    For packages that got lost within USPS warehouse and it shows not being delivered to the doorstep - store will either issue store credit or replace the package at no cost after 30 days unclaimed. This includes packages that USPS failed to scan initially. 

 

  • Package Damaged

    If damaged by USPS delivery, please provide pictures of the damaged package as well as the damages inside of the package. We cannot file a claim without these. Store will replace the damaged items after receiving the damaged package back.
