FAQ

How is my shirt printed?

Some of our tees are screen printed at our local print facility in Tucson, Arizona. They are made from 100% Airlume cotton or ringspun cotton, or a velvety mixture of cotton and polyester. We order from eco-friendly suppliers with a focus on water reduction, energy reduction, and minimal waste. Learn more here.
Made to Order shirts are printed using a direct-to-film (DTF) or screen print transfer printing method. We order direct to film or screen print transfers from other small business. The shirt is laid flat on a heat press and the transfer is heat pressed onto the tee. DTF inks are also eco-friendly and water-based. They feel very soft on the shirt, like your favorite vintage tee!
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Most apparel and accessories ship out within 3 weeks. However, when there are larger influxes of orders it can be up to 4 to 6 weeks which is stated in every product description.
Some of our items do ship directly from the print provider, so the processing time for that is less than two weeks. We also have ready to ship items (it will state in the product description) so if you order ONLY ready to ship your items will ship within 2-3 business days.

What does "Made to Order" mean?

Some of our tees and apparel are made just for you! That means they are not printed until you order them. Once you place an order, the shirt is sent to production, printed, then shipped straight to your door. Fulfillment time varies so check the product listing if you're unsure. Current fulfillment times are always on the very top of our website.

Only part of my order arrived. Where is the rest?

If you ordered an item that is fulfilled by one of our print partners (like the UV printed tumblers) then those items will arrive separately as they are not fulfilled from our warehouse.
